6 Pack Ab Workouts
Wish you were that guy who had a six pack, or the girl with that tight stomach? No one likes all that excess body weight, want me to prove it? Think about this, when you see someone outside without a shirt on how often do they have a flat stomach or abs? 9 times out of 10 they are fit, unless you’re at the pool. Getting a tight stomach or a six pack of abs isn’t that difficult of a task, you just have to be persistent! Don’t give up just because the workouts are too hard, they are suppose to be hard, if they weren’t hard then everyone would have a six pack. This is what separates the weak from the determined! Below is a strategy I used to achieve my six pack.
Make sure you learn the proper way to do a sit-up first.
*My experience
I’m like most people. I always say I’m going to start something but often times I don’t get around to it. If this is you, you’ll love this exercise. Everyone’s got their favorite TV show right? Well, go ahead and watch it, as long as it has commercials. When the commercials come on, do 10 sit-ups every time a new commercial comes on. There are usually 6 or 7 commercials on at a time. If you’re just starting out, only do sit-ups for 3 or 4 of the commercials and then take a brake till the next set comes up. This method will get you a six pack in no time. Try to do as many as you can and remember, when you start feeling the burn, keep going because that means your truly getting a workout. Try to do about 100 a day and grow from there. If you can, try to do sets in the morning and then break for the day and do it again before bed. Stay persistent and that six pack will come.
